However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7 working days return and refund policy under the following conditions.

Eligible For Refunds

You may return your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery if:

✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔ The product is not customized, as personalized items are non-returnable.

Non Returnable Items

❌ Customized or made-to-order Laddu Gopal Ji dresses.
❌ Used, washed, or altered products.
❌ Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
❌ Products without original tags and packaging.

How To Initiate Return

To process your return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 8107399073 within 7 working days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide Details – Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return.
3️⃣ Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product. Customers may need to self-ship the product in some cases.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process

✅ Refunds are issued via the original payment method, including:
✔ UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Net Banking.
✔ Debit/Credit Card (processed within 7-10 business days).
✔ Store Credit (if preferred, to be used for future purchases).

💡 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you can choose another item or opt for a refund.

Cancellation

🔹 Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
🔹 Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Important Notes

  • Return requests made after 7 working days will not be accepted.
  • If the returned product fails quality inspection, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Manmohey Trading Company is not responsible for damage due to mishandling after delivery.
